What a beautiful gem overlooking one of the most scenic stretches of river Nile! I made a stopover at it yesterday while on my way back to Kampala for Jinja. It turned out to be just what I needed to cool off and experience the healing power of nature. This is thanks to its abundance of towering trees and a vast array of birds with serenading calls. This gives it the priceless feel of a jungle and even better, it has a fully-fledged restaurant with both indoor and outdoor sitting arenas where one can bond with their loved ones.
